TrustAI is the app's virtual assistant, available 24/7, answering citizens instantly based on the ward's official documents: administrative procedures, policies, events and step-by-step feature guides.
TrustAI provides information and guidance, and does not approve records or replace officials.

Open from the ward account
Open Zalo, find the ward's official account (OA), go to the OA home and tap the attached Mini App.
Scan the QR code
Scan the QR code provided by the ward on flyers, notice boards or its information portal.
Open from a shared link
Open from a shared link (zalo.me/s/…) sent by someone else.
Tap “Follow” on the ward account to receive notifications via Zalo, and “Pin to home screen” for quick access next time.
Live in Long Binh Ward, Can Tho City
The app was built together with the Long Binh ward government as part of the local digital-transformation drive, in cooperation with the Can Tho Institute of Science and Technology (CTISE). The model can be replicated for other wards and communes.
